O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate in Greensboro, NC to handle inbound/outbound materials and support operations across the distribution center. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, packing, staging, and shipping while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires familiarity with RF technology, warehouse systems, and a willingness to learn procedures to maintain quality and productivity within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Aufgaben

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Keep work areas organized and safe, report unsafe conditions to leadership.
