Job summary

Sephora in Mississippi Distribution Center (Olive Branch) is seeking an organized DC Specialist to support waveplanning, scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse operations and the ability to work with various departments.

Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, training staff, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn system.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to position.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established procedures to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Proactively respond to leadership directives from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Maintain flexible work schedule including shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
