Job summary

Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center seeks DC Specialists to perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. A thorough knowledge of the department's operations is essential.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, training associates, responding to leadership, and ensuring safety and compliance. Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in SOPs and preferred methods.
• Proactively respond to leadership direction.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain regular attendance as required.
• Adhere to flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
