SRP Companies in Springville, UT is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 20–25 associates in daily DC operations, oversee safety, staffing, training, and performance, and drive efficiency with LEAN initiatives. You will collaborate with the Department Operations Manager to ensure accurate product receipt and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead 20–25 associates and supervise daily DC operations.
• Strong attention to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Proven coaching and performance management skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in a DC and lead a 20–25 person team.
• Drive safety compliance with OSHA and local standards.
• Ensure sufficient staffing and resource allocation.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate associates.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support accurate product receipt and order fulfillment.
• Develop teammates with inclusion and collaboration.
• Track and report departmental metrics.
• Occasionally support light assembly/kitting.
