SRP Companies in Springville, UT is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a 20–25 person team, and drive safety and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will report to a Department Operations Manager and support lean initiatives, training, and performance management while ensuring accurate product receipt and order fulfilment. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
