Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Supervisor of Inbound Stocking to lead the stocking of all incoming merchandise at the Lebanon, KY DC. You will oversee the Inbound team, coordinate with HR and operations, and ensure accurate, timely stock and safety compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in warehouse stocking; bilingual skills and college degree are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Strong leadership with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the distribution and stocking of all incoming merchandise.
• Manage the Inbound team and supervision staff.
• Ensure safety standards and coordinate with the safety supervisor.
• Complete stock adjustments accurately and timely.
