Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and match numbers quickly and accurately.
• Experience in receiving or stocking in a warehouse is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving process to ensure accurate and available inventory.
• Supervise handling of incoming merchandise and carrier freight.
• Train and supervise paperwork processing for correct billing.
• Ensure safety and address unsafe practices with the safety supervisor.
• Interview and hire prospective team members with HR support.
• Plan monthly team meetings and coordinate with operations to set goals.
