Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution and stocking of all incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the Inbound Lead and Inbound Materials handling personnel.
• Ensure safety of all DC team members and coordinate with the safety supervisor.
• Ensure stock adjustments are completed accurately and timely.
• Oversee new product line setups and changeovers.
• Conduct monthly department meetings with team members.
• Work with HR to interview and hire prospective team members.
• Coordinate with operations manager to set goals and plans for achieving them.
• Plan capital expenditures listing for budgeting purposes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized DC.
• Communicate with supervisors to maintain workflow.
