Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn similar menu-driven applications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures and preferred methods.
• Proactively respond to direction from leadership and management staff.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA regulations and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to shift requirements and overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
