Job summary

Sephora’s Las Vegas Distribution Center is hiring for a DC Specialist to support waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking and reporting. The role requires readiness to learn WMS, solid Excel/Outlook skills, and a high school diploma.

You’ll train floor staff, uphold safety rules, and deliver superior service to internal and external customers in a dynamic warehouse setting. Starting pay ranges from $22.15 to $23.70 per hour with potential shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven apps and ability to learn systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Excellent customer service and communication with multiple levels of staff and vendors.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to produce professional correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Follow safety rules and report safety violations promptly.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and wear required attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
