Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or large-scale warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor planning, and performance management.
  • Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor management tools, and operational reporting platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Willingness to relocate to various U.S. locations to support career opportunities.

In this leadership position, you will oversee warehouse operations, safety, staffing, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts while developing future leaders and driving a culture of accountability and engagement. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will partner closely with the General Manager and cross-functional business partners to execute operational strategies, improve performance, and support growth initiatives. **Important:** This position is currently scheduled for **first shift**; however, candidates must be **shift-flexible**.
