Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and support fast-paced distribution operations.

You will pick, sort, stage, and transport product using RF scanners or voice systems, maintain inventory integrity, and work Monday–Thursday nights with overtime as needed. This role offers a competitive starting pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, and/or receiving experience required.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems to complete tasks.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety; follow SOPs.
