If you have familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions, coupled with a commitment to phenomenal customer service, this is the position for you!****Shift Start Options:****2:30p-11:00p (M-F); $23.50/hr**## **Responsibilities**As a Warehouse Associate, aside from performing general warehouse functions, this position will also include the following responsibilities:* Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department* Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals* Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues* Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance* Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives* Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times* Other duties as assigned* Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.## **Qualifications**A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
