You’ll monitor KPI execution, manage budgets, and ensure training and development of DC staff to sustain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years experience in a Senior Distribution Operations role.
• Budgets, payroll, and general administration knowledge.
• Labor and employment law knowledge.
• Ability to solve complex problems with short and intermediate term solutions.
• Ability to influence across groups and negotiate effectively.
