• 10+ years Distribution Center management experience.
• Experience with AS400, Red Prairie/JDA among others.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning with the DC General Manager to ensure efficient operations and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee all operational aspects to improve the flow of goods in and out of the DC.
• Develop leadership through hiring, training, and accountability for performance.
• Plan and manage financials including operating budget, expenses, staffing, and productivity.
• Coordinate information with corporate departments, vendors, stores to ensure correct product placement.
• Follow loss prevention and security guidelines to minimize shrinkage and profit loss.
• Drive operational changes and foster continuous improvement.
• Promote teamwork and a culture of safety, respect, and efficiency.
