Crate & Barrel is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to guide a team in our Naperville, IL facility. The lead will coordinate daily work, train associates, and troubleshoot workflow and equipment issues to sustain high productivity and quality.

You will partner with supervisors, promote open communication, and model a collaborative, safety‑driven environment. The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and time‑management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist and support the supervisor to motivate and train associates.
• Direct daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution Center.
• Oversee operations in the absence of floor supervisors/managers.
• Ensure productivity by communicating personal and team KPIs.
• Direct associates on equipment use and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform tasks to set the pace for daily productivity.
• Be a resource to associates and encourage open communication.
• Support the floor supervisor/manager in developing direct reports.
• Establish open two-way communication with all associates.
• Rotate through departments to meet business needs.
• Participate in ongoing training on technology upgrades and new systems.
• Execute tasks to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
