Crate & Barrel is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to guide work assignments, support training, troubleshoot equipment, and model productive behavior for the team. You will collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely, accurate operations and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a distribution center, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of Distribution Center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with Google Suite preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist and support the supervisor to organize, motivate and train associates.
• Direct daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution center.
• Oversee operations in absence of floor supervisors or floor managers.
• Ensure productivity standards by communicating KPIs.
• Direct equipment use and troubleshoot problems as necessary.
• Set the pace for daily productivity.
• Be a resource to associates by supporting open communication and being available to answer questions.
• Support performance and development of direct reports.
• Establish open two-way conversations with all associates.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Maintain housekeeping of the facility and product line areas.
• Rotate through departments to meet business demands.
• Participate in training on technology upgrades and new systems.
• Perform tasks to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
