Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in distribution or high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates; coach, train, and develop teams for coverage and performance.
• Communicate daily goals, quality expectations, and company updates to staff.
• Support performance reviews, merit processes, and promotions.
