Job summary

AEO in Ottawa, Kansas seeks a Supervisor in DC operations to lead and develop a team of AE Associates. You will drive safety, quality, attendance and engagement while setting priorities and elevating workflow through issue identification and rapid solutions.

Responsibilities include daily shift briefings, staffing, coaching, risk reduction, and cost control, with opportunities for cross-department support and growth; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics or equivalent work experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills including Google Suite and Kronos Time-keeping Software Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced E-Commerce distribution environment.
• Maintain a motivating leadership presence through associate engagement.
• Promote a safety-first culture by prioritizing safety protocols.
• Drive performance by mentoring, coaching, and accountability.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure adequate staffing per shift.
