• Minimum 4 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the shift and enforce warehouse policies.
• Lead department managers, assistants, and hourly associates.
• Balance workloads across departments to maximize workflow and meet customer deadlines.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews with frontline managers.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to company initiatives.
