Ulta Beauty is seeking a DC Operations Manager for the Greer, SC distribution center. You will lead cross-functional teams of non-exempt associates to improve processes, achieve financial and operational excellence, and deliver superior returns for retail, e-commerce, and service functions.

The role requires coordinating with leadership, driving staffing, implementing operational upgrades, and managing change across the organization.
