Ulta Beauty's DC Operations Manager leads cross-functional teams in a high-pace distribution environment to improve processes and achieve both financial and operational excellence across retail, operations and e-commerce.

You will implement upgrades, measure impact, and collaborate across the organization to drive performance and service excellence while managing people, processes and change at scale.

Responsibilities

• Work rotational, 24/7 on-call to support the operation.
• Work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Travel, including overnight stays.
• Visit stores to develop an understanding of the store experience and collaborate with field partners.
