Job summary

The DC Operations Manager leads cross-functional teams to improve processes, achieve financial and operational excellence, and deliver superior returns across retail, service, and e-commerce functions.

The role requires partnering across the organization, driving change, and influencing at all levels to maximize people, process, and performance while supporting Ulta

Qualifications

• The ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse goals and responsibilities
• Demonstrated skill in driving initiatives related to teams, projects and quality
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, to include trouble-shooting, prioritizing and multi-tasking
• The ability to quickly learn business processes outside one's area of expertise
• Nimbleness, with the innovation to apply process improvement initiatives
• Strong computer skills (specifically, MS Office, WMS Application)
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve operational excellence
• Identify patterns and drive performance improvements that align with company strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new initiatives and track performance
• Plan and drive staffing, training and development for non-exempt associates
• Lead performance management and talent calibration with leadership
• Partner with field and store leadership to understand the store experience and drive improvements
