Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on DC Maintenance Supervisor to drive reliability across multiple shifts in our fast-paced distribution center. You will lead technicians, ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met, and minimize disruptions while collaborating with DC leaders to prioritize critical work and align with business goals.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance management, conveyors and motor controls, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required, completion of trade school is preferred.
5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures is essential.
Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Oversees repair and maintenance of equipment; prioritizes safety and production-related work orders.
Manages preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Establishes methods and procedures for departmental activities; communicates expertise for approvals.
Supervises, orients, trains, and develops maintenance staff across multiple shifts.
Ensures facilities are cleaned and maintained; manages waste disposal per regulations.
