Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a DC Operations Manager to ensure a steady pipeline of talent, develop teammates, and support growth with limited supervision in a fast-moving distribution center.

You will oversee a 150+ member department, manage budgeting and P&L, and partner with the GM to drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost efficiency. Bi-lingual skills are preferred; a 10% bonus and phone allowance are included.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience in material handling, inventory tracking, and directing work.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Meet with the General Manager to review methods, procedures, and staffing to move product accurately and timely.
• Direct responsibility for a DC department with 150+ team members, including budgeting and P&L.
• Partner with senior management to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
• Coach and develop management through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Lead startup meetings to discuss daily results, staffing needs, and schedules.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure PPE is used.
