Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred in logistics or a related field.
• 2+ years in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in a distribution warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of distribution center associates.
• Allocate tasks and prioritize work to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and team activities.
• Collaborate with other leaders to streamline DC operations.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
• Communicate effectively with associates, supervisors, and departments.
