Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc. in the United States (Georgia) seeks a DC Operations Manager to lead the DC with the DC Director, driving continuous improvement and efficient operations. You will oversee inbound, replenishment, outbound, transportation, and support teams, maintaining strong relationships with management and corporate partners.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision. A high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of warehouse leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• At least 5 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.
• Knowledge of AS/400 and all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC Director and other managers to develop, implement and maintain strategies for continuous improvement.
• Complete budget and monitor staffing needs for the Distribution Center.
• Coach, train and develop management team with feedback.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure PPE usage.
• Oversee inbound, replenishment, outbound, transportation, customer service, and general office functions.
