TJX is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Woburn, MA. You will have total responsibility for operating an efficient, productive and safe department, ensuring daily production targets are met while directing associates on the floor.

You will manage day-to-day activity, develop and motivate staff, build strong relationships with partners, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory/lead role
• Experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates
• High School graduate; college preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication, coaching and development skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; able to provide feedback and develop leaders
• Must be available to support multiple shifts

Responsabilités

• Direct daily department operations to meet production goals.
• Manage day-to-day activity, planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate associates and maintain morale and company culture.
• Build effective relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with associates and management to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met.
• Review practices and processes; recommend improvements.
