Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a distribution center team in Bridgewater, USA. You will manage daily department activity, ensure safety, productivity, and quality while directing 20+ associates on the floor.

You will lead staffing, allocate resources, and build strong relationships with partners across the operation, including leadership, HR, and transportation, to meet daily production goals and maintain TJX standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates.
• 4-6 years of experience
• High School graduate, College preferred or equivalent work experience
• Communication, coaching and development, strong math and PC skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
• Must be available to support multiple shifts

Responsibilities

• Plan, flow and allocate resources within the department.
• Develop and motivate associates to maintain high morale and culture.
• Build relationships with business partners and management across functions.
• Communicate effectively with associates, peers and leadership for efficient operations.
