Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead a team of operators across inventory sorting, put away, and packing using warehouse systems. This role focuses on achieving daily productivity goals while promoting safety and cost efficiency.

You will promote continuous process improvements, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with federal and LS&Co safety standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in supply chain, distribution, or related field.
• Ability to motivate a team to meet metrics and goals.
• Willingness to train, mentor and coach in a team environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Stand/walk most of shift; lift up to 50 lbs; PPE as required.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and change management (5S, Gemba, Kata).
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and WMOS preferred.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-exempt employees to manage workflow and daily objectives.
• Maintain safety, cost, and workforce metrics in daily plans.
• Communicate performance results to stakeholders.
• Create a safe, compliant work environment per regulations.
• Coach team to align with site and company goals.
