Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution center experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading in a unionized environment within distribution logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading shift operations with accountability for safety, productivity, quality, service, and employee performance.
• Strong understanding of DC operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick/pack/ship processes.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.Experience leading in a unionized environment in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably within distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.Proven ability to lead through change and drive results in a fast-paced operational environment.Experience leading shift operations with accountability for safety, productivity, quality, service, and employee performance.Strong understanding of distribution center operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick, pack, and ship processes.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and/or Six Sigma, preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and warehouse systems including SAP, WCS, WMS, TranMan, and Laser Print.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an office and distribution center environment.The expected starting salary range for this role is $80,100 - $117,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
