Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead 20–40 associates in daily receiving, staging, and outbound deliveries to meet service levels.
Collaborate with market transportation to optimize resources and reduce costs.
Set high performance standards and build a positive associate environment.
Monitor dashboards and safety metrics; implement improvements as needed.
Manage inbound/outbound loads through Home Depot drivers or 3PL partners.
