Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Ops Management, or related field.
• Rising seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through prior roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to relocate to Maumelle, AR for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Distribution Center operations while developing an understanding of product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Partner with DC leaders and Team Members to support daily operational priorities and performance goals.
• Develop leadership skills through communicating expectations, building relationships, and supporting Team Members in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that support performance.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Demonstrate adaptability and sound decision-making in changing priorities.
