Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Operations Analyst for the Bloomingdale Distribution Center. You will blend data analytics with frontline operations to drive performance improvements across the distribution center and support leadership with actionable insights.

The role involves analyzing warehouse processes, labor productivity, and inventory flow; building dashboards in Power BI; and writing SQL queries to inform decisions. Onsite mid-shift hours and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in warehouse, DC, logistics, or analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of DC operations: receiving, inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping, labor productivity.
• Experience analyzing performance and identifying process improvements in warehouse/logistics.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse or distribution environments and with data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operations, labor productivity, inventory flow, and overall supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for distribution center decisions.
• Understand receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Query WMS/LMS data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Create data-driven recommendations and present findings to leadership.
• Lead ongoing improvement to boost efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
