Foot Locker is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Analyst with strong data analytics and reporting skills to optimize product flow and capacity across the DC network.

You will own analytics development, lead a production control team, and partner with inventory control to implement efficient slotting strategies. The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python skills, plus a STEM or related background.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 8+ years of distribution planning experience.
• Preferred: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Analytics, or Finance/Accounting.
• Strong Excel experience with ability to analyze large data sets.
• Certifications in data analytics, APICS, Lean manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with WM systems (Manhattan) and replenishment strategies.
• Strong reporting skills with Power BI, SQL, or Python.

Mansioni

• Own analytics development and new reporting to optimize product flow to production.
• Lead the team of production control admins and track adherence to plan.
• Be SME in DC slotting strategy and implementation in partnership with inventory control.
• Procurement of MRO supplies and cost reduction projects.
• Partner with other DCs to standardize waving and slotting standards.
• Own site capacity plan as supply leader within S&OOP with demand planning & transportation teams.
• Develop tools to track historical trends and seasonality of SKU’s and provide insights to order management.
• Assist with departmental workflow as needed by site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across department and network.
• Communicate issues quickly to supervisors and operations managers.
• Assist in Sneaker Finder and DTC when needed.
• Be the WM SME for Operations and develop expertise within production control team.
• Respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Use independent judgment and be self-motivated.
• Work professionally with coworkers in a respectful manner.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented demeanor.
• All other duties as assigned.
