Job summary

Technical Assent is seeking a Senior Consultant – Workforce Analytics & Human Capital to support high-visibility government programs. You will analyze workforce capacity, processes, organizational structure, and operational performance to develop data-driven recommendations for government clients.

Lead assessments, build staffing models, and work with senior stakeholders. Strong consulting, quantitative skills, and experience with Excel, Power BI or Tableau are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in management consulting, workforce analysis, or related fields.
• U.S. Citizen with eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
• Located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and able to work onsite.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed above.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping and organizational design.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce, workload, and capacity assessments across divisions.
• Develop data-driven staffing models and workforce analyses.
• Analyze staffing levels, workload demand, productivity, and organizational structure.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement methodologies.
• Present findings in reports and executive briefings.
• Develop analytical tools, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Work with senior government stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.
