Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to serve as Office Leader for our Washington, DC office. You will guide the DC team, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth across transportation, water-energy-environment, and infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in the AEC industry, a relevant degree, and a proven record in mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams. This is a full-time in-office role with ESOP benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related AEC field.
• 15+ years of industry experience including supervisory, project management, and business development.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary office and develop future leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for the DC office and promote accountability, trust, and collaboration.
• Coach and mentor multidisciplinary professionals and develop emerging leaders.
• Manage contracts, oversight of Project Managers, and client liaison for questions.
• Support financial performance, office operations, and staff forecasting.
• Develop proposals, procurement schedules, and business development with marketing.
• Build strong client relationships and grow the DC market presence.
