Position

Winston Taylor is seeking a mid‑level associate to join our International Trade practice in the Washington, DC office. The successful candidate will have three to five years of relevant experience and a solid working knowledge of export controls (EAR and ITAR), economic sanctions (OFAC), cross‑border investment controls including CFIUS and OISP, FOCI mitigation, and other trade‑related regulations. Experience in customs/in‑bound trade compliance would be a plus. Strong writing abilities and proven project management skills are also essential. Associates in this role will collaborate directly with seasoned practitioners who are committed to hands‑on mentoring and providing meaningful opportunities for greater responsibility and client interaction. Ideal candidates are proactive self‑stators capable of working both independently and within a team environment. We also look for candidates with outstanding academic records, superior communication skills, and a genuine dedication to delivering exceptional client service. All candidates must be admitted to the Washington D.C. Bar.
