• Experience with trade remedy matters, including antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings.
• Experience advising clients on OFAC sanctions.
• Experience with EAR and BIS export controls.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC , in good standing
• Experience counseling clients on a broad range of U.S. international trade regulatory issues
• Experience with trade remedy matters , including antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings
• Experience advising clients on economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Experience with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and export control matters administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
