• 3–5 years of relevant experience in international trade compliance.

• FOCI mitigation and other trade‑related regulations.
• Strong writing abilities and proven project management skills.
• Admitted to the Washington, DC Bar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with seasoned practitioners on trade matters.
• Provide drafting and analysis on export controls and sanctions.
• Contribute to client interaction and matter management.
• Work independently and within a team to deliver client service.
