Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure team within the Project Finance group. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting project finance and M&A deals in the energy sector. Candidates must possess substantial practice experience before FERC, hands-on expertise conducting due diligence, and direct experience reviewing credit agreements and legal opinions. Core experience in renewable energy - specifically wind, solar, or battery storage is required, while additional background in transactions involving power generation and transmission is preferred, including power purchase and interconnection agreements. While Washington, DC is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
