Qualifications

• Hands-on due diligence experience and reviewing credit agreements and legal opinions.

• Experience with power purchase and interconnection agreements is preferred.
• Admission to the state bar in the preferred office location.

Responsibilities

• Support project finance and M&A transactions from diligence through closing.
• Draft and review agreements and opinions for deals in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with the Energy & Infrastructure team across offices to coordinate closing efforts.
