Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for its Energy & Infrastructure team within Project Finance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in energy project finance and M&A, with substantial experience before FERC and hands-on due diligence.

Renewable energy expertise (wind, solar, battery storage) is required, with preferred background in power generation and transmission, including PPAs and interconnection agreements. Washington, DC is preferred, but other U.S.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in project finance and M&A in energy.
• Substantial practice experience before FERC is required.
• Hands-on due diligence experience; review of credit agreements and legal opinions.

Responsibilities

• Support project finance and M&A deals in the energy sector.
