Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for its Energy & Infrastructure team within Project Finance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in energy project finance and M&A, with substantial experience before FERC and hands-on due diligence.

Renewable energy expertise (wind, solar, battery storage) is required, with preferred background in power generation and transmission, including PPAs and interconnection agreements. Washington, DC is preferred, but other U.S.

Candidates must possess substantial practice experience before FERC, hands-on expertise conducting due diligence, and direct experience reviewing credit agreements and legal opinions. Core experience in renewable energy - specifically wind, solar, or battery storage is required, while additional background in transactions involving power generation and transmission is preferred, including power purchase and interconnection agreements. While Washington, DC is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
