Job summary

adidas seeks a Senior Manager, DC OPS MHE to lead performance and lifecycle management of material handling equipment within the distribution center. You will partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, and external vendors to optimize uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and strategic projects to ensure maximum DC throughput and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DC, manufacturing, or logistics with a focus on MHE/PIT operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, or external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance, uptime, and reliability of all MHE/PIT assets (forklifts, conveyors, RFID, etc.).
• Drive maintenance strategies and lifecycle management for MHE assets.
• Manage external partners with service-level governance and audits.
