Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to unload merchandise, stock products, and manage inventory in Naperville, IL. The role includes verifying deliveries, placing items in appropriate storage locations, and assisting in training new team members.

Qualified candidates will have basic computer skills, be able to pass a company-standardized test, and work well in a team. Multilingual abilities are a plus, with a focus on accuracy in picking and stocking.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must complete and pass a company-standardized test.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
• Match skid or box counts to delivery docs and note discrepancies.
• Receive product, stock, store returns, and process warehouse transfers.
• Place product in storage locations from floor level to 72 inches high; use equipment when needed.
• Train new team members and support the DC target training program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
