Job summary

Pariveda seeks a Local Market Lead for the DC office to build, grow, and lead the consulting practice, establishing C-suite client relationships and driving new business development. You will hire and develop consulting talent, oversee service delivery, and manage the DC portfolio with a focus on growth and client outcomes.

Reporting to the East Region Operating Group Lead, you will define strategy, lead initiatives across accounts, and ensure profitability while operating in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT strategy, custom development, project management and service delivery.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and new client development.
• Established DC-area client network with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DC office strategy for sustained growth.
• Develop broad advisory services aligned with Pariveda's core solutions.
• Generate and expand client accounts, manage pipeline and budgets.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top consulting talent.
• Oversee P&L, project profitability, and service delivery.
