Pariveda is seeking a Local Market Lead for our DC office to build, grow, and lead the consulting practice. In this pivotal role, you will establish and deepen C-suite client relationships, drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, hire and develop consulting talent, lead teams in service delivery, and contribute to Pariveda’s mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in IT strategy, dev, PM, and services sales.
• Strong consultative sales track record with new client development.
• Established DC-region client network.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with C-level clients.
• Influential leader able to gain buy-in.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to developing staff.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Self-starter who drives results and mentors others.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop horizontal advisory services aligned with core solutions.
• Generate new client accounts and grow them in the DC area.
• Nurture existing strategic accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Establish credibility with C-level clients and deliver value.
• Oversee DC office sales, scoping, delivery, and project management.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain consulting talent.
• Manage DC office P&L, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Promote service excellence with strong stewardship of time and funds.
• Work in a hybrid model with collaborative colleagues.
