Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Tech I in Maumelle, AR to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facilities, and grounds. This role focuses on providing a safe, productive environment for team members, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities include performing preventative and repair work on conveyors, power equipment, HVAC, and lighting, recording parts and hours in CMMS, and ensuring compliance with LOTO and Arc Flash safety

Qualifications

• 1 year or more maintenance experience in a fast-paced industrial/warehouse setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional mechanical/electrical training preferred.
• Trade/technical certification related to facility maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service to maintain assets and a safe working environment.
• Capture time and parts into the CMMS for inventory and man-hour reporting.
• Deliver preventive and repair service to facility assets including conveyors, power equipment, HVAC, and dock systems.
• Observe machine systems for proper and safe operation and communicate issues.
• Perform service measures according to vendor procedures while following safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash).
