Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Distribution Center Maintenance Tech II in Waco, TX. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, and log work in the CMMS. The role requires at least 2 years in distribution/manufacturing maintenance and a high school diploma, with a technical certificate preferred.

The schedule is 10A-? Tuesday–Friday, 6AM–4PM, with emphasis on safety, accuracy of records, and reliability during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Two years of distribution or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Technical or trade schooling preferred for facility maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, fire safety and plumbing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and limited troubleshooting on facility equipment.
• Log time, materials and maintain work orders in CMMS.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety rules; maintain inventory records.
• Repair dock doors and assist with battery and MHE maintenance.
• Follow LOTO and Arc Flash guidelines at all times.
